SC Moatti

SC Moatti is the Founding Managing Partner of Mighty Capital. She earned her reputation as a product visionary and technology investor during the mobile era, when she built products that billions of people use at Meta/Facebook and Nokia, won industry awards and nominations from the Wall Street Journal and the Emmy’s, and wrote an award-winning bestseller on what makes a great product. She has been called “a genius at making products people love” and named a Top Voice in venture capital on LinkedIn. SC earned a master’s in electrical engineering and a Stanford MBA, and is a Kauffman Fellow and member of YPO.

Jennifer Vancini

Jennifer Vancini is a Founding General Partner of Mighty Capital. Jennifer has been investing for 10 years, and prior to Mighty Capital built Pointgrey Partners, a family investment office where she achieved a 15x cash-on-cash return. Prior, she held executive roles in corporate and strategic business development, especially in the high-growth security and mobile sectors with companies such as Telefonica, Symbian/Nokia, and Certicom, which she helped take public in Canada. Jennifer currently chairs the Dean’s Advisory Council at the University of British Columbia, where she completed her MBA.

Investment Team

Chris Dunn, M.D.

Dr. Chris Dunn is a Partner at Mighty Capital. Prior, he was the Chief Medical Officer of Sequoia Hospital. Over the last 25 years he has been investing his time and expertise in medically related startup companies. He has also done medical mission work through his local church in countries of Africa, Middle East, Latin America, and South America.

Matthias Weber

Matthias Weber is a Partner at Mighty Capital. He has over 25 years of experience in insurance, most recently serving as Group Chief Underwriting Officer and member of the Group Executive Committee of Swiss Re. Matthias holds a master’s in physics and a PhD in natural sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.

Renee Niemi

Renee Niemi is a Partner at Mighty Capital. She has spent most of her career creating high impact products and businesses that make a difference in consumers’ lives. She has also held a number of product and executive leadership roles at Logitech, Google and Plantronics. Renee holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Naeem Raza

Naeem Raza is a Partner at Mighty Capital. Prior, he founded, ran and eventually sold Sunflower Systems. Naeem holds MS degrees in Computer Science and Systems Management from Florida Institute of Technology. In addition, Naeem also has a MBA and a BA in Economics and Sociology.

Sharran Deora

Sharran Deora is a Principal at Mighty Capital. Prior, he has 15+ years of B2B experiences as a product manager, banker, entrepreneur & investor where exits ranged from $50M to $2B. He mentor next-gen founders at Stanford, earned his dual bachelors in electrical engineering & business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Michael Paris

Michael Paris is a Principal at Mighty Capital. Prior to transitioning into investing, he ran product at Drive.ai and Intuitive Surgical. With a strong background in technology innovation, he holds patents and is a strategic innovator known for creating products that delight customers and differentiate companies.

Mary Curtis

Mary Curtis is CEO of Pacifico, a global strategic communications consultancy, and of OnChip Systems, a fabless semiconductor company. As a serial entrepreneur and investor, she is drawn to strong, collaborative management teams and game-changing products in life sciences, software, e-commerce and social media.

Steven Eisenberg

Steven Eisenberg is mission-driven and passionate about advancing markets and technology focused on decarbonization and clean energy. He spent 14 years growing and leading SRECTrade, which was acquired by Xpansiv, a company backed by investors like Blackstone and Goldman Sachs. Prior to SRECTrade, he worked in investment banking at Macquarie. Steven continues to leverage his extensive experience to drive sustainable business growth and innovation.

Iris Chan

Iris Chan has a strong background in business and commercial banking. She previously served as an executive in commercial banking at Wells Fargo. She is currently on the Board of Directors at East West Bank Corp and a Principal at Ameriway, Inc. Her experience includes capital management, board governance, channel management, and business strategy.

Mike Gilley

Mike Gilley is a seasoned professional with an illustrious career spanning 39 years in the information technology sector. He has held significant positions at prominent companies such as SynOptics/Bay Networks, Check Point Software, and Juniper Networks, as well as several innovative startups. His expertise in sales and leadership has been instrumental in driving growth and achieving outstanding results in each of these organizations.

Dr Allan Kramer

Allan C. Kramer, M.D. is a General Partner Emeritus at Mighty Capital. He is an internal medicine specialist and board certified in occupational and preventive medicine. He founded several healthcare-related start-ups, which were subsequently acquired by public companies and has served on numerous private and public boards. Allan was a Silicon Valley Bank board member for 12 years and then founded and was Chairman of the Board of Bridge Bank until its successful acquisition.
