We are looking for a detail-oriented Chief of Staff with finance and tech industry knowledge to help us manage our growing operations.

Scope of work includes:

• Support investors and investor reporting, manage investor programs and online portal
• Run deal cultivation and data intelligence/gathering 
• Develop processes and systems to scale and optimize operations  
• Produce website and social media posts
• Assist team members, attend team meetings and deal with vendors as needed

The following skills are a must:

• Very detail-oriented -able to keep many balls in the air
• Strong work ethic -highly organized, efficient and reliable team player
• Strong grasp of business fundamentals -bookkeeping & finance training a plus
• High energy, professional and positive attitude -including with professional investors  
• Working knowledge of Google Apps, LinkedIn, Airtable, Carta and other tools
