David Rhoades is the Head of Capital Formation at Mighty Capital. Prior to joining Mighty Capital, he served as Head of Capital Formation and Chief Operating Officer at Aether Investment Partners, a private real assets manager, where he led institutional fundraising, investor relations, and firm operations. Previously, David was a Vice President at Blue River Asset Management, a municipal bond hedge fund manager, overseeing marketing and client service for the private wealth channel. He began his career at Quellos Group, a diversified private capital platform acquired by BlackRock in 2007 and later rebranded as BlackRock Alternatives. David holds a B.A. in English from the University of Puget Sound.
