Siren

Siren embeds tiny electronics inside of fabric to create machine washable fabric that can be produced on standard machines. Their first product is Siren Socks, which helps people with diabetes and nerve damage avoid foot ulcers and amputations. Over 100,000 legs are lost each year in the US due to diabetes, costing more than any form of cancer. Temperature monitoring has been proven to reduce the risk of foot ulcers by up to 87.5%.
